CHEESE DELIVERY
Once you placed the cheese order online, you can sit back and wait for us to deliver delicious cheese at your door.
Delivery Arrangements:
1. Delivery Lead Time
*Due to the limited air-flight transportation between Europe to HK during the COVID-19 outbreak situations , we apologized we cannot guarantee the delivery schedule (7-10 days) over the online store purchase. The shipment lead time probably between 2-3 weeks upon your purchase, or you can call us at 9336 6852 before you place the order.
2. Delivery Fee
* FREE Delivery for purchase over HK$850 (Location in HK/Kln/N.T.).
* FREE Delivery for purchase over HK$1,250 (Location in Tung Chung & Discovery Bay).
* HK$180 Delivery Fee for purchase below HK$750.
* HK$280 Delivery Fee for purchase below HK$1,250 for Tung Chung & Discovery Bay.
3. Delivery Time slots
* Our delivery crew may deliver based on the traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, but within the agreed time slot.
* To make sure you can enjoy our tasty products, please mentioned your preferred delivery time slot when you place the order. Please make sure you / someone is ready to receive your order by the door by the time slot starts.

4. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
5. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the agreed delivery time.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Cheese From Far immediately of any change to their delivery address.
