The Dutch Goat Cheese is made from 100% goat milk, easily digestible and has a surprisingly soft taste. It’s an exceptional sort among all the other cheeses, but nevertheless worth trying. The taste is described as very distinctive and can be very different even though all pieces are originated from goat milk. This type is known for its rich creamy and also mildly spicy taste. The maturation time is for 16-25 weeks to create the taste this type is famous for.
